The Old Railway

The Old Railway is an independent clothing label designed and produced in Sri Lanka. It offers a bespoke tailoring service making exclusive clothing from casual wear through to wedding gowns, as well as producing small capsule collections. 

Designer, Catherine, relocated to the UK in September 2021 so now splits her full time work alongside her team between video chats or in the studio in person. Fabrics are locally sourced, patterns drafted and cut out by hand and labels all hand sewn to ensure that each product is unique. They believe in fashion being an individual expression of style and limited edition small runs are made of each design and size to create an affordable bespoke feel for each customer.
