Refund Policy
Tickets for The Magpies Festival are sold via TicketSource, which offers customers the option to purchase Ticket Protection at the time of booking. This protection allows for cancellations under a range of circumstances and is handled directly by TicketSource.
Without Ticket Protection, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. We are a small, independent festival and rely heavily on advance ticket income to make the event possible.
For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds under normal circumstances, including changes in personal plans, weather conditions, travel disruptions, mild or moderate illness (including COVID-19).
Refunds will be considered in very extreme circumstances, on a case by case basis.
