Arrival and Departure
Arriving by car:
If you are arriving by car, free parking is available via Gate A on York Road. Approaching from the York direction, Gate A is on the right, 0.5 miles before you reach the village of Sutton-on-the-Forest. To navigate to the exact location, you can use the What3Words app with the reference quicksand.forces.lance.
We will be checking on tickets on arrival, so please make sure you've got yours ready.
Arriving on foot, bike or public transport:
Sustainability is an important part of our ethos and we encourage you to travel by public transport, or on foot or by bike if possible.
The site can be reached from York Railway Station via the no. 40 bus. It is just a 25 minute journey to Sutton-on-the-Forest Primary School bus stop and a 1 minute walk to the festival gate. We recommend checking the timetable carefully, as buses do not run late, so if you aren't camping, we suggest booking a taxi to leave the site.
If you are entering the site on foot, please enter via Gate B, which is the main entrance for Sutton Park, off Main Street. Follow signs for Sutton Park and Miss Daisy's Tea Rooms. The What3Words reference is under.instincts.trifle. Bike storage is also available at Gate B for cyclists.
If you will be leaving the site by taxi, please make sure you book in advance to avoid delays.
All campers must leave the festival site by midday on Sunday. Please make sure when you leave the site that you do not leave any rubbish behind.
